After completing my MBA with a marketing/eCommerce concentration I started consulting for small brokerages. During that time I also received my license to practice real estate in PA (and later in NJ) and started working with some of the luxury clients the brokerage had in its portfolio. Among my transaction participants I include the CEO of a major global insurance company, key players in both political parties in our region and the CEO, CFO and CIO for a regional news conglomerate.
Along the way I served as the VP of a nationally-branded real estate company and taught at conferences around the country. I started a company in 2015 focused on real estate financial technology which in 2018 I sold and became a minority partner. At that time I took a year to graduate from the National Association of Realtors’ Leadership Academy. Now I am focused on supporting the brokerage, assisting key clients and making the industry stronger through my work with the Realtor brand.

In 2015 I passed the State Real Estate Commission Broker exam.. In doing so, I furthered my studies in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Construction, Real Estate Brokerage and Office Management and Real Estate Policy and Procedures. It is something I wanted to do for a long time and am glad I achieved my goal.
My background throughout the past 25 years has been as a Realtor in the residential and commercial real estate as well as the mortgage industry. I started selling in real estate in 1987. While I was raising my two daughters, I worked in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Once my girls were older and on their own, I was able to get back to what I really missed and that was selling real estate. So, in 2007 I started selling both residential and commercial real estate in Montgomery and Bucks County. I am well versed on preparing my clients whether they are purchasing their first home, a larger home, downsizing, or looking to purchase an investment. Knowing firsthand what lenders require allows me to assist and educate my clients while purchasing their new home or office alleviating any surprises and making their purchase a pleasant and exciting experience. I also understand that having good communication and up to date technology are extremely important tools to assist my clients when they are purchasing or selling their property whether commercial or residential.

I grew up in both the Mount Airy and Chestnut Hill sections of Philadelphia, during which time I developed a fascination with historic homes and various architectural styles. As an adult I have lived in Springfield, Cheltenham, and Abington Townships, as well as the Borough of Rockledge, in Montgomery County. I love hearing stories of folks who found the perfect home for their family and look forward to being part of that process!
I have spent the last thirty years in the field of education, during which time I taught in several urban and suburban elementary schools, directed a pre-school, and finished my career as a Literacy Specialist in the School District of Philadelphia. It is ironic how much that career and this depend on the same skills; caring, understanding data and trends, and being able to “guide” without being pushy. Just as I enjoyed watching the light of joy on the face of a younger student as those first few lessons in literacy suddenly “clicked”, I also can see that thrill when buyers step into the ideal house. I look forward to helping you find that perfect home or that perfect buyer!
