Quinn & Wilson welcomes Felte Real Estate!
Since 1964 Felte Real Estate has been serving the needs of the local community. So when Bob Felte, Jr. and his wife, Pat decided that it was time to combine forces with another company in the area, their search led them to Quinn & Wilson.
“When Pat and I were thinking of making a move like this, we looked around and talked to a lot of people in the industry for input and advice. The buzz in the marketplace was that Quinn & Wilson was the place to look. The new leadership as well as the systems and support for your agents helped us feel this company will help our agents grow and support our real estate and property management clients in the future”.
And the Quinn & Wilson team could not be more excited to have the decades of experience and community involvement that Felte Real Estate brings to bear.
So what does this mean for the future?
Together, the combined Quinn & Wilson will serve customers throughout
the greater Philadelphia area. With Felte’s input, our services will
grow to include Homeowner Association Management. Now independent HOAs
that have been looking for a local company to handle their needs while
also implementing new technology for homeowners can count on Quinn &
Wilson to help.
Quinn & Wilson now offers real estate services for Residential and
Commercial Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and HOAs.
Will anything change for existing Felte Real Estate clients?
Very little will change, especially since Bob and Pat are continuing to actively work in the business. If you are a tenant and Felte Real Estate handled your rental, or a homeowner in a managed HOA you will be getting information very soon about addresses, phone numbers, etc but the day-to-day activity of your rental or owned unit does not change. If you have been thinking about listing your home or business and you were looking to consult Felte Real Estate, we welcome you to learn about how the addition of Quinn & Wilson makes your transaction even more robust. If a Felte Real Estate agent has been working with you as a buyer, that relationship will continue just as it has in the past.
When will all this transition happen?
Felte Real Estate and Quinn & Wilson have already agreed to the change, but Pennsylvania real estate laws require that the Department of State oversee the transition. That process will happen during January and February of 2024 and it is our hope that all of the functions of Felte Real Estate will be covered under Quinn & Wilson before the spring market gets underway. Some of the Felte agents are already on board.
What if I know agents in both companies?
That is natural - Quinn & Wilson agents and Felte Real Estate agents have been serving our community for decades. Everyone here cooperates with each other, and we can talk through any business relationships that may be changed by this transition.
