Thanksgiving Wishes for Those in Need

Thanksgiving is a great time at Quinn & Wilson. We take the time to say thanks to the buyers and sellers we have been able to help during the year, and we reach out to agents working at other Bucks & Montgomery County real estate firms that were so great at assisting their clients, too.
But we also reach out to the community, for we know that we are very fortunate. For the 12th year in a row, that means putting together a dinner for a family not-quite-able to do it themselves. For this initiative we go to The Breathing Room Foundation, a Philadelphia-area non-profit that provides "a little breathing room" to families of cancer patients working through their disease.
Special thanks to Etta Norton of our Q&W team, who does a great job "rallying the troops" for Thanksgiving and to all of our team members who bring in the items to make dinner special. This year we also threw in some fun Philadelphia Eagles merch, as we learned there may be a fan in the house!
Real Estate Questions...There's a Guide for That!
For the last six months the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) has been working to help consumers understand the new landscape in real estate - and to help buyers (especially first time buyers) make their way through what is often one of the largest financial decisions ever.
These "Consumer Guides" provide impartial, fact-based detail on the processes of buying a home, selling a home, even understanding how the MLS our real estate agents use works. They also help clarify the rules that came from the NAR legal settlement, which is slated for final approval later this month.
While our team of experienced agents are here to help answer any quesitons you may have, these Consumer Guides offer a great "self-service" library of information.
